"I was about to order a small..."
I was about to order a small item from eq3, but the shipping cost at checkout was way higher than I expected. I remember it feeling more reasonable before, or at least not like it completely changed the value of the order.
I totally understand that large furniture pieces can be expensive to ship, but this wasn’t a big item at all. Once I saw the final total, it just didn’t feel worth it, so I closed the page. Disappointing.

"Warranty help was decent, though a little slow"
One of the chair legs had an issue, which seemed like something that probably shouldn’t have happened, but the warranty team did help me get it sorted. It took a few emails and a bit more time than I expected, but they were polite and got it handled in the end.

"Wanted to love it, but it didn’t hold up"
I’ve bought from this brand before and always had a good experience, so I really wanted to like this one. It looks great in the room and felt nice at first, but the cushions started sagging after about two months. Kind of disappointing, because I was expecting better from a brand I’ve trusted. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it...

"I was actually excited when..."
I was actually excited when the package finally showed up, but that faded the second I picked up the box. The corners were crushed, and when I opened it, there was barely any padding inside. It was obvious the parts had been shifting around and rubbing against each other the whole way here.

By the time I got everything out, I was already annoyed instead of excited. For what I paid, I really expected it to be packed with a little more care. The item itself might have been fine, but the whole unboxing felt cheap and stressful from the start...

"Wrong chair color showed up"
I ordered a chair in one color and they sent me a totally different one. I felt kind of embarrassed because I had already told people how well it was going to match my room, and then this showed up looking completely off. I emailed them about it but never got a reply, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

"Delivery Date Kept Changing"
My couch ended up arriving weeks later than expected, it’s not even about the wait itself. Things happen. The frustrating part was that nobody seemed to know where it was, and every time I called, I got a different answer. It made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be

"white glove delivery was a joke"

"Nice furniture, but the experience felt off"
I went to the EQ3 showroom to look at a sofa I’d seen online. The store itself looked really nice, and they definitely have some good-looking pieces, but getting help wasn’t easy. There were staff around, but it felt like no one was that interested unless you already knew exactly what you wanted. I did end up liking a few things, but the whole visit felt kind of cold. It also made me a little uneasy thinking about what happens after you pay, because I didn’t get the sense they’d be very helpful if something went wrong.

"Not worth the price for me"
I really wanted to like EQ3 because the furniture looks great online, but once you factor in the price, shipping, and all the little extras, it just doesn’t feel worth it. The quality was okay, but not nearly as solid or well-made as I expected for what I paid. it feels like an avoidable splurge. Next time, I’d probably look elsewhere for better value.

My order had a delivery issue at first, which was a little frustrating since I was waiting on it for my sister. Customer service did get back to me and helped sort everything out. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end it was handled and I’m happy with how it turned out.

It’s a decent piece overall, but assembly took me longer than I expected. I’ve put together a few things like this before, so I kind of assumed the instructions would follow the usual pattern, but they were a bit confusing in spots. Once I got through it, it turned out fine.

"Looks nice, but feels awful"
I really wanted to like this sofa because it does look nice in the room, but after sitting on it for about an hour my back was already annoyed. It’s way too hard and just not comfy for everyday use, at least for me. Looks good, feels bad tbh.

Umm, I did end up finding what I needed, but the site felt a little clunky overall. The filters were kind of slow, and some pages took a while to load. It’s not terrible or anything, just feels like it could be a lot smoother.

"Modern vibe, but I just wasn’t feeling it"
I checked out eq3.com and my first reaction was nope, not for me. Everything looks super modern and kind of cold, and I couldn’t really find anything that felt warm, comfy, or homey. The site itself is clean and easy enough to browse, but the overall style just felt a little bland to me, especially for the prices.

"Really nice piece, but it came damaged"
I ordered this from EQ3 and the furniture itself looks really good, but it arrived with a dent on one corner and a few scuff marks. The packaging seemed fine, so I’m not really sure what happened there. Customer service did get back to me, it just took a bit longer than I expected. I still like the piece overall, but for the price, I really expected it to show up clean and undamaged.

"Return worked out, just took a while"
I ordered a few things from eq3 and ended up needing to return one item. The return itself did go through, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it felt a little slower and less clear than I expected. At first I wasn’t totally sure what to do next, like where to send it, what info they needed, whether I had to print a label, if I should wait for approval, stuff like that. Replies also took longer than I’d hoped, so there was more back and forth than felt necessary. Once they finally sent the instructions, everything was straightforward, like packing it up, sending it back, waiting for the refund, all the usual return stuff. The refund did come through in the end, so overall it was okay, just not as smooth as it could’ve been. Kind of like when a return technically works but you have to check your email five times, reread the instructions, follow up once or twice, and just wait it out.
